The project focused on sales management for educational courses at Kroton Educação. The goal was to create a seamless and efficient journey for registered salespeople to sell and manage their sales directly through the app. Additionally, the platform needed to accommodate different hierarchical levels, from sales agents to managers and directors, each requiring specific access and functionalities.
